The brand new series of the Great British Bake Off returns tonight.
Judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood will welcome 12 new bakers into the tent for the 2021 edition of the popular contest.
This year's competitors range from from a 19-year-old who has watched the show since she was nine to a 70-year old ex-midwife.

There will even be a strong local presence on the show this year as one of the bakers hails from Liverpool.
Presenters Matt Lucas and Noel Fielding will also be back in the show's famous tent for another series of signature, technical and showstopper bakes.

When does the Great British Bake Off 2021 start?
The 12th season of the Great British Bake Off will start tonight.
The show revealed it would return on Tuesday September 21 in a Twitter announcement earlier this month.
Fans of the show rejoiced at the news and claimed it was just the "wholesome content" the world needs right now.
What time is the Great British Bake Off on?
The premiere of the new season will air tonight at 8pm on Channel 4.
The first episode of the series will be slightly longer than the usual episodes - as it will run for 90 minutes.
There will be 10 episodes in season 12 - which will air weekly in its usual slot at 8pm on Tuesday.
The grand finale of this season is set to be broadcast on November 23.
