The Great British Bake Off returns to our screens tonight and we can practically smell all that cake baking in the oven.
A total of 13 fresh-faced contestants will try their best to impress Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith in the 10th series of the hit cooking show.
With past winners going on to have their own cookbooks and TV appearances, this year’s contestants will certainly have a lot to live up to.
As we not-so-patiently wait for GBBO to enrich our weekday nights once again, here’s a look back at past winners of the show and what they’re up to now:
Edd Kimber (2010)

Edd was the first winner of Bake Off all the way back in 2010.
When he scooped the prize, he hung up his career as a debt collector to become a full-time food writer and has released three cookbooks: Say It With Cake, The Boy Who Bakes and Patisserie Made Simple.
Proving he's multi-talented, Edd is also the host of the popular podcast Stir the Pot, as well as being the baker on The Alan Titchmarsh Show in 2014.
Reflecting on his win last year, he said: "When the finale aired I still remember people applauding the idea that a man could win a baking show."
Joanne Wheatley (2011)
Jo took the Bake Off crown in an all-female final and has gone on to release two bestselling cookery books, A Passion for Baking and Home Baking.
The 49-year-old mum of three also appeared on The One Show and The Alan Titchmarsh show and has written for The Sun and Sainsbury's Magazine.
Continuing to aim for the stars, Jo also announced that she has plans to open her own cafe, country pub and restaurant.
John Whaite (2012)

John won the third series of Bake Off when he was 23 years old and still studying for his law exams.
These days, John prefers cookery books over legal pads, releasing four recipe books: John Whaite Bakes, John Whaite Bakes at Home, Perfect Plates in 5 Ingredients and Comfort: Food to Soothe the Soul.
Frances Quinn (2013)

Frances shocked everyone when she beat favourite Ruby Tandoh to the title in 2013.
Since winning, Frances has pressed pause on her career as a children's designer and has immersed herself in the cooking world.
She's baked for a whole host of stars including Jools Holland and Clare Balding and was the mastermind behind the cake for The Shard's first anniversary.
Aside from baking, Frances has appeared on Pointless Celebrities and Vogue magazine in 2016.
Not to mention that she's also released her own cookbook, Quintessential Baking.
Nancy Birtwhistle (2014)

Nancy bought a smile to everyone's faces when she unexpectedly emerged as the winner of Bake Off series 7.
The retired GP practice manager and grandmother-of-eight has released her own book and also writes regularly for the Daily Telegraph as well as her own website, nancybirtwhistle.co.uk.
In her spare time, she also campaigns for charity, Love Food Hate Waste.
Nadiya Hussain (2015)

Nadiya was truly the people's favourite when she left the Bake Off tent victorious in 2015.
She's had an incredibly successful career since, writing for national papers, releasing her own cookbook and presenting Loose Women.
She has also hosted her own TV programmes: The Chronicles of Nadiya, Nadiya's British Food Adventure, The Big Family Cooking Showdown and Nadiya's Family Favourites.
A career highlight for Nadiya was when she was chosen to bake a cake for Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday.
Candice Brown (2016)

Candice was famed for her ever-changing lipstick colours whilst on the show, and her career has certainly evolved too.
Since Bake Off, Candice has released her own recipe book, Comfort: Delicious Bakes and Family Treats and has a column in The Sunday Times.
She's also appeared on Loose Women and been a contestant on Dancing on Ice - although she didn't fare as well on this reality TV show and was booted off first.
Candice got hitched to fiance Matt Macauley in September 2018.
Sophie Faldo (2017)

Sophie famously claimed the Bake Off title prematurely when Prue Leith accidentally tweeted the winner hours before the show aired.
As well as making regular baking appearances, Sophie, who was the first Channel 4 champ, is also a track cyclist, rower and is training to be a stunt woman.
Rahul Mandal (2018)

Scientist Rahul swapped research labs for the kitchen and let his talent for baking shine through, impressing Paul and Prue to become the winner of series nine.
Since being crowned GBBO champion, Rahul has returned to his job as an engineering researcher at the University of Sheffield. Not completely turning his back on the baking world, Rahul is also a food columnist for The Times and occasionally appears on ITV’s This Morning as a guest baker.
