Grayling secures new brief from Birmingham law firm

The Birmingham office of UK public relations agency Grayling has secured a new contract win in the legal sector and added to its city centre team.

The firm has won the brief from Gowling WLG to work on a new communications campaign encompassing digital-first thought leadership.

The aim is to explore the debate around the future of urban and semi-urban spaces in a post-pandemic and tech-enabled future using the viewpoints of staff at the practice.

Becky Glover, corporate communications manager at Gowling WLG, said: "Our new campaign will explore some of the most pressing issues facing our clients across infrastructure, retail, transport, energy and beyond from future mobility to housing; green streets to what suburban resurgence means for the Government's Levelling Up Agenda.

"The pandemic has reset the way we all think and this campaign is designed to help clients make sense of what follows."

In addition, Grayling has welcomed Bella Martin-Williams to the team as an account executive to work across PR, social media and SEO activity for clients such as M&S, HSBC and Coventry University.

Head of Grayling's southern region Craig Ling added: "It's been a stellar start to 2021 and I think reflects the fact businesses have realised they need to pivot their communications approach to reflect the challenges of the global pandemic."
