Granit Xhaka appears to tell Arsenal fans to "f*** off" as he's booed off against Crystal Palace

Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has made his feelings known after he was jeered off by his own fans in the home game with Crystal Palace.

The 27-year-old was taken off with the scores locked at 2-2 as Palace came from 2-0 down. He was replaced by youngster Bukayo Saka as Unai Emery looked to grab a winner with 29 minutes remaining

The announcement of his departure brought about cheers from the Emirates but as he strolled off the field, those cheers turned to boos from the home support.

He then responded by cupping his ear towards the fans before taking his shirt and storming straight down the tunnel.

The midfielder also appeared to shout f*** off" to the Arsenal fans as he departed the field of play.

Arsenal had led 2-0 through goals from Sokratis Papastathopoulos and David Luiz but Palace hit back through Luka Milivojevic and Jordan Ayew with time running out for Arsenal.
