A war has started on Facebook amongst Grangemouth residents over dog poo.
Locals have hit out and branded some pooch owners as "reckless" and "inconsiderate" for not picking up their animals mess.
After days of heavy snow across Falkirk, locals have shared their disgust at the amount of dog poo on footpaths in the Zetland Park.
With the snow and ice melted the evidence is clear that a lot of droppings have been left behind.
Pictures on social media show paths and car parks plastered in poo.
Writing on a community page one person said: "I am a dog owner myself and it's not been easy picking up after my dog with the amount of snow that fell, but I did it."
Another posted: "Nothing but reckless scum bags, it's so so inconsiderate and lazy."
While a third said: I took my wee boy out for a walk on Monday and I lost count of the amount of time we stood in dog s***."
"Imagine letting your dog crap in the snow and not pick it up."
