Grandparents could be able to meet their grandchildren next month as lockdown easing begins.
Ministers are set to start lifting restrictions from March 8 with schools expected to reopen on that date.
After schools return the next thing that could be eased is outdoor meet-up rules.
The recreation clause included in the November lockdown, which was removed from the January 4 update, could be reinserted meaning people from different households would be okay to meet on a one-to-one basis for more than just exercise.
The Government would, however, make children exempt meaning they could accompany an adult from their household to see a grandparent outside - reports Mirror Online.
A government source said “the next thing we’d look at”, after opening schools, may be expanding outdoor activity to allow recreation once again, if the data allows.
While a source told the Telegraph: "If grandparents had the vaccine, that would be likely to be okay.
"Given that people will have immunity, that would be a fair assumption, but nothing has been decided."
It comes following news of vaccine success on Sunday, with everyone in England in the four most vulnerable categories having been offered a jab, including all over 70s.
The roadmap would next see the return of one-to-one outdoor sports like tennis and golf.
Then eventually non-essential shops and outdoor dining and takeaway drinks eventually greenlit for the hospitality sector - possibly in April if the data allows.
Boris Johnson said on Sunday he expects cases to drop "sharply" with the vaccine rollout ahead of schedule.
He told the US TV station CBS: "What you're now seeing is, thanks to the efforts of the British people, the lockdown, plus possibly the effects of the vaccine, we're going to start seeing the rates coming down more sharply.
"They're falling at the moment. We want to be in a position where we can begin to open up."
He praised the efforts of the inoculation programme after it surpassed 15 million people at day earlier than expected as an "extraordinary feat".

The PM, however, added that "no one is resting on their laurels" with over a million letters offering appointments for over-65s having already been delivered over the weekend.
Vaccines Minister Nadhim Zahawi has suggested all over 50s will have been vaccinated by the end of April.
And while more than 60 Conservative MPs continue to pressure Mr Johnson to speed up the re-opening of the country, ministers are said to be far more cautious than when lifting the first lockdown last year.
Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab labelled demands to lift all restrictions in England by the end of April in a letter from dozens of Tory peers as "arbitrary".
