Grandpa in Ukraine blasts invading troops and asks 'what the f*** are you doing'

An elderly man in Ukraine has been filmed scolding invading soldiers - telling them they are 'like they are kids' and asking them 'what the f*** are you doing'.

In the clip, the man explains that he is also Russian and is shocked by his nation's behaviour, and angrily confronts the soldiers in the road.

The soldiers silently listen to the older man's complaint, their faces unreadable under hoods and masks, as he jabs his hands to hammer home each point, as the Daily Star reports.

The video has been translated online by freelance reporter Olga Tokariuk, who shared it on Twitter and said the man is shouting: "What the f*** are you doing here?"

Olga said the man is saying: "I am Russian too, but I live in this state. You have your country, we have ours.

"Don't you have problems in your country to solve?

"Are you all rich there, as in the Emirates? You're just puppets."

The footage was recorded in the Ukrainian city of Melitopol, 70 miles away from the border of Crimea, which Russia annexed from Ukraine in 2014.

Ragıp Soylu, the Turkey Bureau Chief for Middle East Eye, commented on the footage on Twitter, writing: "Grandpa is reprimanding the Russian soldiers in Melitopol like they are children."

Meanwhile, a Russian tank crew were left stranded at the side of the road when they ran out of fuel - but soon a Ukrainian driver stopped to offer them a lift home.

Multiple videos showing ill-prepared military units 'out of fuel' have been circulating online and in one video a nationalist decided to make the most of the opportunity, as The Express reports.

As he approached, he rolled down his window and asked what the soldiers were doing - and the Russian troops replied: "Waiting for diesel."

The driver then mocks the soldiers, saying he would love to help and offers: "I can tug you back to Russia!"
