A grandad says he has spent nearly £30,000 getting tattoos all over his body, including his eyeballs.
Model Marcelo Bboy, 38, , got his first aged 15 and since then has added around 1,500 across his entire body.
As well as turning himself into an artwork, he has also had a number of body modifications including having his tongue split in half to resemble a snake’s and replacing all of his teeth with nickel ones.
The tattoos which garner the most attention however is the black ink he has added to his eyes and gums.
Marcelo, from Bocaiuva, Brazil, said: "Today, people look at me with curiosity and interest. I don't hear many bad comments about how I look.
"Women are very enchanted by my tattoos and modifications and I like all of my tattoos - there isn't one that I could say was my favourite.

"My kids are totally cool with my tattoos and my daughter already has some of her own. I'm supportive of whatever they do.
“"The eyes are the modification that is most popular with people because many people are curious about how to get their eyes tattooed and have questions about the risk of going blind.
"I wasn't worried about going blind because I understand the process - the eye pigmentation is only done in the white part of the eye.
"I have about 98% of my body tattooed and I think I have spent around $40,000 (£29,000) in expenses on tattoos and body modifications.”
Marcelo, who has two children and one grandchild, now works as an artistic model and actor, as well as attending tattoo events as a public figure.

His most recent operation was inserting implants which are inserted under the skin for decorative purposes in his left arm.
Marcelo has no plans on slowing down however as he has more he wants done after he has filled the last remaining areas on his body not covered with ink.
He added: "I only have a few spaces left without tattoos like intimate areas and some small spaces on my leg, but I plan to get them tattooed soon too.
"I was twenty-two when I realised I wanted more tattoos, and since then I have covered myself in them."

"The advice I would give to those who want a lot of tattoos is to know exactly what they want and to work in the tattoo industry.”
Earlier this week dad Karac Smith, 41, revealed how he has no problem getting a job despite being entirely covered in £40,000 worth of tattoos , including all over his face .
He said that his extreme body inking actually helps him find employment, once even getting seven job offers in a week.
The married dad-of-four, from Sheffield, got his first tattoo when he was 18 and has been employed ever since.
He estimates that 90 percent of his body is now covered in tattoos, with only his cheeks and nose untouched from the ink machine.
"I always get comments like 'I bet you can't find a job' but I've never been out of work."
