Today was the final fixture of the Randox Grand National Festival - and what a blast it has been.
All eyes were on the 5.15pm race, as punters anxiously waited to see which horse would win the world's greatest steeplechase.
And it would be the shortest price favourite, Tiger Roll to make history by winning the 2019 Grand National and matching the incredible achievement by Red Rum 45 years ago.
Not since Red Rum triumphed in 1973 and 1974 has a horse won back-to-back Nationals at Aintree - until now.
But it's not all about the racing, the Grand National is also a chance for people to don their best outfits and enjoy a fun day out.
For some racegoers, Aintree has been an event planned for months - from boutique dresses to designer headwear and tailored suits.
Whilst Cheltenham, Ascot and York races may try to compete - nothing quite lives up to Aintree.
And don't our girls and boys know it.
