The Grand National 2019 will be broadcast live from Aintree Racecourse this afternoon.
The 5.15pm race will be shown on ITV but racing coverage will start from 2pm today.
The time of the race itself has moved over the years. Older viewers will remember it taking place at about 3.15pm, but in order to give more time between some of the other races the main event has moved to its later slot.
Ed Chamberlain will present the ITV coverage while Racing TV will also have the race live as well as all of the meeting's ratings.
