A British gran has praised her toyboy lover for carrying her up the stairs when the lift is broken in a sweet declaration of love.
Iris Jones and Mohamed Ahmed Ibriham tied the knot on November 2020 having met on Facebook two years ago.
The 81-year-old, from Somerset, flew put to Egypt to wed her man, who is less than half her age at 36.
Ever since finding love, Iris has been regularly sharing her passion for Mohamed on social media.
She has even shared details of what the two get up to when they are alone, including the revelation that he is the “best sex” she has ever had.
In a recent post on Facebook, she said: "LOVE is... when the one you love cuts your toe nails. LOVE is...when the one you love carries you up two flights of stairs when the lift has broken down.
"LOVE is... when the one you love spends hours looking for the phone you left in an Uber taxi. ( needle in a haystack) scenario! LOVE is...when [the] one you love sleeps on a hospital floor, and refuses to leave you while you recover from a fall.
”LOVE is putting up with my temper when I complained about the heat in Egypt! The heat was relentless and so was my complaining!! I love you for everything you are and continue to be, Mohamed.
"Your patience, your understanding, your resolve, your care and your attention to this sometimes, bad-tempered virago of a wife, who loves you to distraction. Thank you for being you and for loving me.”
Mohamed and Iris regularly respond passionately to each other on their Facebook walls.
"Sweetie, I am unable to respond to this great talk," he wrote in reply.
Iris jokingly responded saying: “I know you are a man of a few words, but in this instance, 'silence is not golden’."
Iris recently shared an animated image, known as a GIF, of a love heart made from rose petals, alongside the caption: "For my husband."
In the comments below her social media post, she added: "You are in my heart forever."
Mohamed, who first met Iris on Facebook last year, responded to his wife's message by commenting 'I am for you forever', with Iris replying 'thank you my honey'.
The loved-up gran once left Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield howling with laughter when she appeared on the show and shared very graphic details about her sex life with them.
Speaking to the hosts, she said: "It was pretty rough. We used a whole tube of KY Jelly."
