Camila Cabello dedicated Grammys performance of 'First Man' to dad Alejandro

Popstar Camila Cabello dedicated her performance at the Grammys to a very special gentleman in her life but surprised her fans when it wasn't her high-profile boyfriend Shawn Mendes.

Instead, the popstar sang her song 'First Man' directly to her father, Alejandro Cabello.

Wearing pink glitter eye shadow, a pearl choker and a pale pink ensemble, the former Fifth Harmony member sang the lyrics, "You were the first man who really loved me."

As she sang, a video screen showed images of her as a young girl with her dad.

The camera panned to her father in the audience, who was wiping back tears as she sang "I've never seen you cry before."

Fittingly, Cabello walked the red carpet with her father instead of with Mendes.

She's not the only star to walk the red carpet with her parents. Ariana Grande was with her parents earlier in the night and even changed the lyrics in 'thank u, next' to give a shout out to her father.
