Grammy Awards 2023: Beyoncé, Adele, and Lizzo lead glamour with daring looks

Adele and Beyonce were among the hordes industry legends who graced the red carpet on Sunday evening in dazzling gowns for the biggest night of the music calendar.

Celebrities flocked to the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles for the 65th annual ceremony, hosted by former Daily Show host Trevor Noah.

Instantly commanding attention on the red carpet was Lizzo as she confidently stepped out in an orange Dolce & Gabbana corset gown, layered beneath a matching oversized floral cape.

Not about to skimp on accessories, she customised herself with diamond rings on each hand and opted for apricot make-up with some bold eyelashes.

The 34-year-old singer was joined on the red carpet by her boyfriend Myke Wright, a day after the couple had a 'hard launch' of their relationship at the pre-Grammys bash.

Adele looked incredible as she wowed on the red carpet in a raspberry Louis Vuitton velvet gown with sculpted shoulder detailing.

The London-born singer, 34, styled her blonde locks in voluptuous Hollywood waves and didn't go without her signature cat-eye liner.

She enjoyed a successful night at the Grammy's, taking home two gongs for Best Pop Solo Performance.

Harry Styles made sure to turn heads on the red carpet wore a low cut sleeveless Swarovski jumpsuit to the 65th annual edition of the awards ceremony.

The glittery attire featured flared legs and was made up of a multi-coloured range of triangles and appeared to be a glittery version of his Love On Tour outfit.

The singer was all smiles as he beamed for the camera's before being honoured.

Although Beyonce decided to skip the red carpet and make a late arrival to the 2023 Grammy awards, she made sure that all eyes were on her as the ceremony kicked off.

The 41-year-old singer, who posed in a peach velvet gown on Instagram before the awards, made a quick outfit swap for her fashionably late arrival to the ceremony, where she looked gorgeous in a corset Gucci gown featuring a champagne-colored bodice.

The frock also featured a metallic silver skirt with a high leg slit and ruffled hem.

JLo made the most of her moment in a flowing royal purple gown with ruffles, pleats, a high slit, sparkling chains and two diamond necklaces.

The pop icon topped off the look with a pair of skyscraper heels, and she styled her blonde locks in classic waves.

Meanwhile, JLo's make-up did all the talking as she opted for some glitter eyeshadow and a slick of pink lipgloss.

Taylor Swift twinkled in a glittering navy crop top and matching floor length skirt. The singer was covered in silver sequins and completed her look with a pair of huge statement earrings.

The diamond jewellery had purple gems in the middle of them.

Taylor opted for a dark eyeshadow and completed her look with her iconic red lipstick.

Megan Fox didn't go without her biggest accessory on the Grammy's red carpet - her beau, Machine Gun Kelly.

The raven-haired beauty, 36, coordinated her look with the American rapper as she stunned in an eye-catching white Zuhair Murad gown with a jeweled corset.

Meanwhile, Machine Gun Kelly donned a silver double-breasted Dolce & Gabbana suit with jeweled neckpiece.

Model Heidi Klum donned a plunging animal-print gown with plenty of gold chain detail and coordinating golden jewelry.
Meanwhile, Paris Hilton had all eyes on her in a fitted and glittery gunmetal gown with keyhole bodice cutout.

Sam Smith pulled out all the stops for their red carpet look, wearing a floor-length scarlet coat with red gloves and a matching top hat, complete with a lace trim.

Accessorising the look, Sam used a glittering red cane and opted for a dangling silver earing.

The singer added height to their frame by wearing a pair of red latex boots.

Sam matched their outfit with German musician Kim Petras, who wore a red hot mini dress.

They paired this with a gothic pendant and red veil.

Doja Cat stole the show wearing black latex gown which was designed by Versace. The singer opted for a very dramatic makeup look and had a stylish pixie cut.

Bebe Rexha looked like a glamorous Barbie doll as she opted for a bubble-gum pink dress with a cut out pattern to show off her cleavage.

She styled her platinum blonde hair in neat waves and completed her look with pink opera gloves.

Shania Twain seemed to be inspired by 101 Dalmations for her red carpet outfit, wearing a tight-fitting polka dot suit designed by Harris Reed.

The singer, who is one of the presenters at the ceremony, styled the black and white number with a giant matching and finished her look with vibrant red hair and matching lipstick.

The Grammy Award ceremony saw performances from the likes of Harry Styles, Bad Bunny, Mary J Blige, Lizzo and Sam Smith.

Chart-topping songstress Beyonce led the way with nine nominations.

The songstress didn't disappoint as she became the most decorated artist of all time at the awards as she lifted four awards – and beat Adele to the Record of the Year .

Her nominations on the night were scattered across several categories including Best Song Written For Visual Media for her single Be Alive from the film King Richard.

Kendrick Lamar wasn't far behind Beyonce with eight nods.

Adele and fellow performer Brandi Carlile had bagged seven nominations each pre-ceremony, with DJ Khaled among those with six chances to lift a gong.

Taylor swift went head-to-head with her former flame Harry Styles in the Song of the Year category, with her 10-minute version of All Too Well taking on his As It Was.

The annual award ceremony, now in the 65th year, recognises the best music released between a very specific eligibility period, from October 1 2021 and September 30 2022.

Five new categories have been introduced for this year's awards, as well as a special award for the Best Song for Social Change, meaning there are now a total of 91 categories in 27 fields.
