Graham Dorrans transfer latest as Rangers reject weighs up next move

Freed Rangers midfielder Graham Dorrans will take time to weigh up his options before he decides his next move.

The 32-year-old agreed a termination of his Ibrox deal before Monday's deadline.

It means the former Scotland international can still move as a free agent even though the window has closed.

Record Sport revealed that Kilmarnock wanted to sign Dorrans.
They were keen on a loan deal but they don’t have the financial pull to do the deal on a permanent basis.

Dorran is also attracting interest from England and abroad and is ready to waiting and see what materialises.

English League One sides Portsmouth, Bolton and Fleetwood Town are amongst the clubs who have expressed an interest.

Dorran signed for his boyhood heroes Rangers from Norwich City in 2017, and although he showed fleeting moments of his quality his hopes of making a mark at Ibrox were wrecked by some cruel injuries.

Dorrans was one of four exits at Ibrox on deadline day with Joe Dodoo also being released while Jason Holt joined St Johnstone on loan until the end of the season and Jake Hastie was sent to Rotherham in a similar deal.

The Ibrox club failed to get Eros Grezda off their books while there was no loan move for Jamie Murphy as he continued his return from injury.
