Graham Coughlan has urged his Bristol Rovers players not to pass up the opportunity presented to them at Fleetwood Town on Saturday.
Rovers can secure their League One safety with a victory, having missed out on opportunities to do so over Easter weekend against AFC Wimbledon and Rochdale.
Despite the blip in form, Rovers' fate remains in their own hands - an impressive feat in itself considering where they were when Coughlan took over in December.
The Rovers boss says now wants his players to consistently show on a Saturday afternoon what they produce on the training ground in midweek.
He said: "It's been tough, it hasn't been easy, but, as I keep saying, they're a great bunch.
"They wear their heart on the sleeve, they put their bodies on the line, the character and commitment they've shown has been different class.
"That's probably why I get stressed and annoyed when we don't win and reach our peak and potential.

"I see them Monday to Friday doing it, and the effort they put in, I just want that to come out on a Saturday, I'm like every fan and supporter associated with the football club, I just want to be entertained and enjoy my Saturday afternoons.
"That's probably why I get annoyed because I know they can do it, I just want to see it more often from them.
"It's an opportunity and a chance for us, and we've passed up one or two opportunities this season so my message would be 'listen, don't pass up another - you've had one or two opportunities, there's been one or two chances you've let go, so go and grab it and seize it and get the points on the board'."
