The Indianapolis Colts had a big draft class in 2019 and entering the quarter pole of the season, they have had to lean pretty heavily on some of the rookies to begin the campaign.
As we take a look at grading the rookies, this has been a very small sample size. Most of the class hasn’t even had a chance yet to make an impact in their respective roles. Some rookies might have an average grade simply because they haven’t had the chance to make an impact.
