What happens from here is anybody’s guess — we all keep watching sports because athletes surprise, us, after all — but the 2021 NFL Draft is completed and we can now try to assess how teams did.
Here at For The Win, we’re partial toward teams that compiled draft capital and came away with a robust class. The best way to be good at the draft is to draft a lot.
We’re also going to reward teams that are focused on building for the way football is played now — that is, those who focus on establishing and/or stopping the passing game. Also, the franchises with a clear and reasonable team-building plan are always going to rank high for us.
But, ultimately, so much of this just comes down to how much we like the players selected, and how we think they’ll acclimate and adapt to the NFL. That’s purely subjective.
