The number of people who have now been vaccinated against coronavirus has reached over 20 million.
Health Secretary Matt Hancock has described the milestone as a "magnificent achievement for the country".
Posting a video from his Twitter account, Mr Hancock said: "I'm absolutely delighted that over 20 million people have now been vaccinated across the UK - it's absolutely fantastic.
"I want to thank every single person who's come forward to get the jab because we know with increasing confidence that the jab protects you, it protects your community and it also is the route out of this for all of us."
Meanwhile Chancellor Rishi Sunak said the Government should reach its conclusion on vaccine passports in “a few months’ time”.
He acknowledged there are challenges with the proposal and told The Andrew Marr Show on the BBC: “Obviously it’s a complicated but potentially very relevant question for helping us reopen, particularly those parts of our country like mass events.
“That’s what the committee and the review will do, is work through all of those questions and come to a view in a few months’ time.”
