Fire crews battled a Govan flat blaze which saw the block evacuated early this morning.
Six fire appliances, police and paramedics raced to Elder Street after the alarm was raised at around 6:10am.
Residents were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation and one man was taken to hospital as a precaution.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Residents have been allowed back in except from the occupants of the ground floor flat where the fire originated.
"Enquiries into the cause of the fire are continuing."
