The sprawling pile is situated close to the small town of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar on the Spanish holiday island of Majorca - which is also home to Brit party favourite Magaluf.
But you won't find any of the Islanders downing Jager Bombs and fish bowls filled with cocktails in the rowdy resort.

This year will see the villa's communal bedroom decked out in a blue and yellow colour scheme in keeping with a fresh beachside theme.
A massive terrace remains with lots of outdoor seating, comfy poolside beds and and an al-fresco bar for late-night drinks.
There's also a huge hot tub, infinity pool, gym and outdoor kitchen.
Who can forget the famous fire pit where host Caroline Flack fronted the contestants' re-couplings.
According to Zoopla, the posh property was recently reported to be on the market with a staggering £2.5million price tag through Balearic Properties Real Estate SL.
But it you want sample Love Island life, a week's rental will set you back £3,000.
