Gordon Ramsay shows off 'catch of the day' after fishing near second home in Cornwall

TV chef Gordon Ramsay has been out fishing near his home in Cornwall.

The Hell's Kitchen, 53, has been staying at his second home in Cornwall since the country went into lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic in March.

The star has drawn criticism for his perceived lack of social distancing throughout the pandemic, but he has been busy this weekend as he fishes in Rock, Cornwall.

Taking to his Instagram account, Gordon posted an image of himself smiling whilst holding up two fish.

Gordon captioned the image: "Catch of the day...... 2 beautiful Seabass."

The post of Gordon getting to grips with nature to get his own food went down a treat with his fans in the comments below his post.

Meanwhile, Gordon went on to post a video yesterday to promote his new show on Channel 4 on Sunday night.

In the video, he promised the show would be "super fun" and asked his fans to let him know what they think and suggested creative fans should get in touch as they could end up on the craft show.

Let's hope fans liked it as much as his fishing!
