Gordon Ramsay shares cute snaps of lookalike son Oscar teaching family cat to 'walk'

Michelin star chef Gordon Ramsay has shared some adorable snaps of his lookalike son, taking the family cat for a walk.

The Scottish chef took to social media to share his youngest child enjoying a "cat walk" throughout their home with the family's feline friend.

Gordon, 55, posted his two-year-old toddler on Instagram as he shared the adorable photos of young Oscar looking delighted with himself alongside a not so amused cat.

"@oscarjramsay on a cat walk…….." Gordon captioned the collection on snaps to his 13.2million followers - tagging his two-year-old's Instagram account.

"The cat looks as disappointed as Gordon does when he's served a microwaved salad," one funny fan quipped under the celebrity chef's post on Sunday.

"Omg, the cats face looks like Gordon when he is mad!!" another added.

A third noticed Oscar's brand of jumper, quipping: "Repping the stone island yes lad."

Last year, Gordon panicked that their beloved cat had passed away after playing with a one-year-old Oscar.

Taking to Instagram to document some father-son-bonding with Oscar in June 2020, the star shared video of himself chasing Oscar around his living room.

Footage showed the TV star dad dashing after his toddler son – who at one point collided with an armchair in which the family cat was asleep.

Gordon grew alarmed when the still kitty didn’t react to the jolt of the chair – and immediately jumped to the worst case scenario.

The culinary star's hand could then be seen gently poking the cream and grey coloured animal, who then reacted.

"Oh no, it's alive - thank god for that!" a relived Gordon gasped.

Gordon and wife Tana are proud parents to five children in total - including Strictly Come Dancing star Tilly Ramsay.

After sadly suffering a miscarriage in 2016, the couple welcomed Oscar into their family on April 4 2019.

Speaking to the Mirror in 2019, Kitchen Nightmares star Gordon opened up about becoming a father again in his fifties.

"I am convinced I am going to spend more time with Oscar," he told us two years ago.

"I am excited to be more hands-on.

The dad-of-five also reflected on his own childhood and his relationship with his own father.

"I had a very humble upbringing—loved by my mother and, I think, loved by my father, but I was desperate to get out the sh**hole I was in," he explained.

"I didn't want to turn out like my dad. I didn't want to live in a council house and put my kids to school with second-hand clothes. You strive to better yourself."
