Gordon Ramsay's £45 Sunday roast blasted as 'child's portion' by fans

Gordon Ramsay has been slammed for a £45 Sunday roast that furious fans compared to a 'child's portion'.

The Scottish TV chef, 53, has yet again come under fire for his restaurant food after he was recently blasted for a measly fry-up breakfast.

Gordon, who was undeterred by recent feedback, took to social media to show off a video of his £45 Sunday lunch.

It showed a cut of beef, three roast potatoes, two carrots, broccoli and a large Yorkshire pudding with a drizzle of mouthwatering gravy.

He wrote: "Sundays at Savoy Grill.... roast sirloin of beef with all the trimmings.... absolutely stunning!!"

The celebrity chef, who is usually the one dishing out fierce criticism of food, was slammed for the portion size of the roast.

One said: "2 stems of broccoli and 3 carrots is NOT ALL THE F***ING TRIMMINGS!!"

A second asked: "How is 3 potatoes, 3 microcarrots, a smigde of broccoli and a slice of roast enough? Just really am curious dont @ me."

Another wrote: "Error 404 - Trimmings not found."

A fourth said: "I expect you could purchase a herd of cows for what they will charge for this."

Others joked: "It will be a trip to McDonald's after this."

Meanwhile another added: "What's with these tiny potion sizes I'd want about five times that on the plate to be satisfied.

"I think you do good food but I'd be disappointed and still hungry after eating that."

But others jumped to his defence, arguing: "If you want s*** food and lots of it for a cheap price go to a Toby Carvery, if you want quality food from a Michelin star chef it comes with a price!"

A second said: "Looks absolutely amazing! Wish I could come visit sometime soon."
