Gordon Ramsay warned his neighbours "don't get your knickers in a twist" as he went on a virtual bike ride today.
The celebrity chef, 53, swapped his real bike for a virtual cycle after coming under fire for racing around Cornwall on a 26-mile jaunt.
As he took to two wheels again today, he shared a video of his exercise and taunted his local residents by telling them to "calm down".
Gordon said: "King of the mountain. Done. Bloody hell, what a race.
"A tough ride, that. Whoever thought of the app Zwift is a bloody genius. Two and a half thousand riders.
"Relax neighbours, it's all indoors, on an app. Don't get your knickers in a twist. Calm down.

"However, what a f***ing workout that is. Slightly slower, it's not about the speed, it's about the determination, the guts to get there."
The Hell's Kitchen stat previously came under fire for revealing he'd cycled more than 26 miles around Cornwall, where he's isolating at his family's country home.
He was reportedly given a warning by staff at the Maritime and Coastguard Agency amid reports he'd broken lockdown rules by straying so far from his £4 million mansion.

A source at the organisation told the Daily Mail: "We have reports of him being seen in dozens of different places since lockdown started.
"He does not seem to be obeying the rules regarding social distancing, exercise and staying at home...
"One of our staff spoke to him about the frequency with which he was being seen out and about, and the significant distances.
"After a period of reflection, he seemed to calm himself and took on board what was being conveyed in a most polite manner."

Gordon has been ruffling feathers in Cornwall since the start of the lockdown, when Mirror Online revealed he'd taken his family out of London and whisked them to the south west to stay in one of their holiday homes there.
One neighbour told us: "We live in a spacious area, so second home owners have decided to come here even though MPs have asked them to stay away.
"There are a lot of elderly people down here - it's an elderly population, the average age is 65 to 85, with a lot of people living alone.
"It's a scary time. I think it's up to celebrities to set a good example, not run off to their country homes."
