Gordon Ramsay left his followers swooning as he showed off his rippling muscles in a topless snap.
The sexy TV chef wowed fans as he posed up on the beach in nothing but his running shorts and trainers.
Recently, the 52-year-old has got as much attention for his hot bod as he has for his sweary kitchen outburts.
And this latest snap certainly got people's attention.
Sharing it on Instagram , the dad-of-five said: "Wishing all the athletes the very best of luck for #kona @ironmantri today , crossing the line for me was one of the most exciting feeling ever !"
But the Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares star's fans were way more interested in him.

It's not just Gordon who's been getting attention lately.
Fans are also besotted with his baby son Oscar.
The six-month-old recently had his very first haircut, and pulled the kind of disgruntled face his dad regularly makes on TV.
Gordon shared the snap online, saying: "Not happy having my first haircut! After 3 BAFTAs and one Emmy... finally we have won an Oscar."
Gordon and his wife Tana, 44, welcomed Oscar, their fifth child on April 4 this year.
The couple already have four older children, Megan, 21, twins Jack and Holly, 19, and Tilly, 17.
