Gordon Ramsay is selling his luxury holiday home and it has a huge price tag

Gordon Ramsay has put one of his holiday homes on the market and it has an eye-watering price tag.

The celebrity chef currently owns the property in Cornwall - a former bank that was converted into a luxurious holiday home.

It is reported that he bought the Grade II listed building, now called Trevail House, in 2017 for £1.96m.

The two-storey maisonette was soon transformed into a holiday home which could be booked for around £4,700 a week on Boutique Retreats.

But Gordon has now put the the four-bedroom property in the fishing village of Fowey up for sale - at £2.75m.

Appearing on estate agent John Bray and Partners' website, it says the home is situated right on the water with the most incredible river views.

It goes on to say that Trevail Housea is "a spacious and highly specified four-bedroom town house residence, with a delightful water fronting garden, giving private access down to the shoreline and a covered parking space a short walk from the property."

It is also said to be a well-known landmark in the town.

Gordon, 53, and his wife Tana also have a £4 million mansion in Trebetherick, near Daymer Bay in Cornwall.

The couple and their children spent the recent UK lockdown at the property.
