Gordon Ramsay, Gino D'Acampo and Fred Sirieix forced to put road trip on hold

Gordon Ramsay, Gino D'Acampo and Fred Sirieix have been forced to put their most adventurous and exciting road trip on hold amid the global pandemic.

The entertaining trio were left with no choice but to hit the breaks on their trip to Asia together that was meant to happen later this year.

Filming has been brought to a stern halt for the popular series as bosses navigate their way through the nationwide lockdown as work from home booms.

An insider told Sun Online : “Gordon, Gino and Fred’s latest road trip was going to see them heading to Nepal."

The source continued: “The plan was for them to travel around and film in as many Asian countries as they could fit in over a three-week period.

“It was going to be their most adventurous trip to date — in terms of the countries they visited as well as the food they would have experienced and the culture."

The source added: “But now it seems Asia is going to be firmly off the cards for some time and it’s unlikely any filming will be able to take place until well into 2021."

The insider went on to hint that although their next adventure may be closer to home, the trio will still do their best to make sure it's the most fun yet.

The hit series kicked off in 2018, and has been a popular ITV show ever since.

Their most recent adventure saw them fly across the pond to the USA, where they indulged in a number of hilarious activities.

The trip even saw Gino take his shorts off underwater and persuade Gordon Ramsay and Fred Sirieix to do the same.

From belly laughs to complete madness, this series is set to make a dramatic return that vows to be well worth the wait.
