Gordon Ramsay disgusts Saturday Night Takeaway viewers by insulting woman's teeth

Disgusted Saturday Night Takeaway viewers hit out at Gordon Ramsay after he insulted a woman's teeth as he was meant to be helping her win some money.

The hot tempered chef and former Hell's Kitchen head honcho was the Star Guest Announcer on this weekend's edition, following in the footsteps of Olly Alexander who took the reins as the new series kicked off last Saturday.

After introducing him, hosts Ant and Dec joked that they'd invested in a swear machine ready to bleep Gordon if required but then he proved exactly why they should have had a real one at the ready as he swore during a game of Read My Lips.

While he eventually got the right answer 'pizza' one of his first guesses was "p***sed," forcing Ant to apologise after the round finished.

Gordon then gave viewers something else to talk about when a woman from Scotland appeared to have a go at Read My Lips but after failing to get words she was shouting like carbonara and garlic bread, Gordon ranted: "It's the gap in the teeth, I can't understand what you're saying."

Viewers were quick to slam Gordon for his insult, with one tweeting: "Love the show but Really disappointed in Gordon Ramsey’s personal, insulting comment about the lady’s gap in her teeth. On live TV!

"So mean and unnecessary and comments like that can break someone. We can’t all afford the level of cosmetic work you’ve had done Gordon! Apologise."

Another posted: "I feel personally attacked by Gordon Ramsey’s comment about that lady’s gap in her front teeth," and a third commented: "No way did Gordon Ramsey just say on live TV "Its the gap in her teeth I can't understand her""
