Gordon Ramsay and wife Tana 'contemplating' adding to large brood by having another child

Gordon Ramsay has revealed he’s considering having more children with his wife Tana.

The couple, who have been married for 25 years, have five children together - Megan, 23, 21-year-old twins Jack and Holly, Tilly, 19, and two-year-old Oscar.

Tana also sadly miscarried a sixth child in 2016, who they named Rocky.

But it seems that they may have some room left in their lives for another baby, with Gordon saying he’s open to having more.

Speaking to Daily Mail’s YOU Magazine, he said: “Tana’s going to kill me. I’m joking. No, we discussed having another baby. I said it was a great idea.

“She said: ‘Well, let’s start planning’. So I’m like: ‘Oh my god, just pause for two seconds. I’m going to be the oldest dad at school, what’s going to happen on sports day?!’”

“But it’s something we’d still consider, because it’s been such a joy spending time with Oscar,” he added.

“Just watching his first walks on the beach at Daymer Bay. Watching his first little mouthfuls of food. It has kept us super-active and made us better parents.”

However, he added that while they were ‘contemplating it’ they haven’t officially decided.

While the pair consider adding to their brood, their children are all finding success on their own terms.

Despite just being two years old, Oscar has developed a fanbase online for being his dad’s mini-me, especially when he scowls likes the famously foul-mouthed chef.

Jack is now a member of the Royal Marines, and Tilly is following in her dad’s footsteps with her own cooking show on CBBC, and joining Strictly Come Dancing.

On the show this weekend, proud parents Gordon and Tana were seen cheering her on from the audience as she topped the leaderboard with pro partner Nikita Kuzmin, performing a fun and high-energy charleston to Yes Sir! That’s My Baby by Firehouse Five Plus Two.

Gordon was even seen crying with pride as he cheered on her dancing from the sidelines.

Host Tess Daly was quick to spot it and said: ""Oh darling, everyone's on their feet, that was so much fun! Your dad Gordon shed a tear, he's so proud of you!"

He later shared pics of himself sprawled out on the dancefloor, joking that he was taking part in the Christmas special and following in his daughter’s footsteps.

The clip of him crying was shared by the Strictly team, who said he looked like he’d been ‘chopping onions’ on the sidelines.

“There was a massive bag of them next to me,” he joked. “What an amazing performance tonight Tills…so proud!”
