A Googong man has been arrested on child exploitation offences.
ACT police's joint anti child-exploitation team arrested the 36-year-old on Wednesday, following a search of the man's home.
Police have alleged images and videos of child-exploitation material were found on the man's smartphone.
The 36-year-old was charged with possessing child abuse material obtained via the internet.
The man was granted bail and will appear in Queanbeyan Local Court on August 3.
