Ten US Attorneys General, led by Texas, have launched legal action against Google, accusing it of rigging the lucrative online ad market by stifling competition. The lawsuit claims the internet giant worked with its rival Facebook to carve up the market and maintain its dominant position. The company has called the claims "baseless" and plans to challenge them in court. It comes after the US Department of Justice began a federal case against Google in October, over its dominance in internet searches.
