Gooey, chocolatey Creme Egg pancakes recipe

The clever team at Surrey Live has been busy in the kitchen coming up with new and exciting pancake creations for you to try at home.

The team's Creme Egg pancake recipe is simply divine, and it'd be a crime if chocolate lovers didn't attempt to make it themselves.

It is quick, easy, and requires just four ingredients.

Ingredients (serves 1):

• 75g flour (gluten free if you are avoiding gluten)

• 1 egg

• 150ml milk

• 1 Cadbury Creme Egg

Method:

1. Make a small well in the flour and add one egg (the hen variety)
2. Whisk and add the milk gradually
3. Warm the pan with a little oil
4. Add one chopped Cadbury Creme Egg to the batter
5. Pour the batter mixture into the pan and fry for a few seconds

6. Flip it and fry for a few seconds on the other side

7. Drizzle with maple syrup (optional)
