Goodman seals new office deal at Blythe Valley Park

Industrial and logistics property developer Goodman has relocated to new offices in the West Midlands.

The London-based company has agreed a deal for 3,000 sq ft of space in Cornwall House on Blythe Valley Park, Solihull.

Goodman has moved from Nelson House, another building elsewhere on the park, to take upgraded space which has been fitted out to accommodate a new hybrid working model for the company's staff.

Development director Nigel Dolan said: "Like all companies, we've changed the way we work.

"The new offices are designed to support flexible working, encouraging collaboration when we're in the office and excellent digital communication when we're not.

"A lot of thought has gone into the design to reflect our culture and core values."

Blythe Valley Park, now owned by Fraser's Property, continues to be asset managed by IM Properties who sold the park in June of this year.

Rob Hemus, asset director at IM Properties, added: "We are delighted to welcome Goodman to Cornwall House on Blythe Valley Park and to be able to work with them to create space which is right for their future business.

"Occupiers are telling us the office is still important to their business for creating corporate culture and for younger members of the team to learn from their peers."
