Goodison Park’s future revealed as Everton moves to new £800m stadium

Everton Goodison Park Everton Women

Everton's Goodison Park will not be demolished after the men's team moves to Bramley-Moore Dock next season.
Instead, it will become the new home ground for Everton Women's team.
Everton's previous ownership group previously planned to redevelop Goodison Park to include housing, a care home, retail units and a park.
The men's team will play their final match at Goodison Park against Southampton on Sunday.
The move to Goodison Park is seen as a significant step for women's football and the ground will become the largest dedicated women's football stadium in the country.
