The geometric pattern is based on triangles forming hexagons that refer to all things in good order. Moreover, the auspicious numbers three and six in Chinese characters are hidden in the pattern.
The word tiger, in Japanese instead of Chinese, is also incorporated into the motif to mark the Lunar New Year and the products' country of origin.
