Good Morning Britain's Ranvir Singh apologises after wardrobe malfunction on air

Good Morning Britain's Ranvir Singh apologised after a wardrobe malfunction during the show.

The 44-year-old broadcaster was joined by Richard Bacon on Monday's edition of the ITV news programme.

It was the former Blue Peter presenter's final show of his guest hosting stint - and the awkward incident occurred while he was talking about his time on the BBC show.

Ranvir was adjusting her dress when she joked: "A little bit of a sweaty palm."

The presenter then went to move onto the weather, before her co-host alerted her to the wardrobe issue.

She said: “I’ve been told my top is a bit weird this morning. I keep pulling at it sorry.”

Ranvir swiftly moved on to the next segments as she added: "“Laura is in Warwickshire this morning, on top of a camel apparently,”

It was an eventful episode for Ranvir as she also had to apologise for comments made by Harry Enfield during Monday's show.

The famous sketch comedian swore while reminiscing about his partnership with Paul Whitehouse.

He said: "I was thinking about Jimmy Tarbuck for some reason and how when we were young, we used to take the p**s out of him a lot."

Ranvir Singh stepped in to correct the BAFTA award-winning comic.

She said: "Hello, language. Take the mickey. Sorry, children."

Good morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV and ITVub
