Kate Garrway had her claws out on Tuesday's Good Morning Britain when she took a savage swipe at weather girl Laura Tobin's outfit.
Laura opted for a yellow, blue and purple patterned gown, complete with long sleeves and a calf-length hem for her presenting duties on the early morning ITV show but Kate clearly wasn't a fan.
After discussing the best and worst outfits from this year's Oscars, Kate stunned everyone when she turned to Laura and said: "I think you're taking a brave stab at the worst dressed with that dress. It's quite…"
Ben interrupted and exclaimed: "Oh my goodness, jeez!" before Laura defended herself saying: "It's a nice dress!"
Plenty of viewers at home sided with Laura as well, with one tweeting: "I think Laura looks lovely today, even better because she's confident enough to wear what she wants and not care about what people think. It's a wonderful trait to have," and another reacting "Low blow from Garraway. Laura Tobin’s style is retro and she dares to be different. When you’re young you can get away with anything."
Taking things further, another angry viewer wrote: "Could trying to embarrass or show up a colleague be classed as bullying behaviour?"
Sadly for Laura, another viewer sided with presenter Kate, posting: "Laura Tobin’s dress looks like she’s pinched my grandma’s curtains to make it," and another tweeted: "Sorry Laura but sometimes your dress sense sometimes leaves a lot to be desired, but, a stunning young lady."
