Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway was stunned by her co-star Richard Arnold’s comments about her 'fabulous' looks.
Richard, who was on the show to deliver the latest showbiz news, made the comments while discussing a picture of Kate in a black dress from a recent photo shoot.
Manchester Evening News reported that TV presenter Kate looked on the verge of tears as the entertainment editor paid tribute to his friend and colleague.
Speaking about his 51-yer-old co-star Richard said: “I've been by your side for 20 years and you're at the peak of your powers.
"I'd go as far as to say no woman will ever look better than you look. I'm tearing up. You look amazing."
Noticing that Kate was looking at him in amazement he asked: "You're expecting something aren't you?"
And the mother-of-two admitted: "I wondered where the sting was in the tail."

"There's no sting in the tail you look absolutely fabulous," he told her.
"That was a really sincere tribute," said co-presenter Richard Bacon, who has been filling in for Piers Morgan this week with former This Morning host Richard Madeley.
Realising that everyone was still reeling from the tribute, Richard Arnold said: "We'll close that conversation. Normal service is now resumed."
The TV favourite, who has two children, Darcey and Billy, with psychotherapist Derek Draper, revealed that body oil was slathered over her for the shoot, which took place while she was suffering from jet lag.
