Good Morning Britain host Ben Shephard has left some fans feeling rather nauseous after sharing family snaps on Instagram.
The GMB presenter took to social media to share the inside scoop on his family holiday to Cornwall with his wife Annie and their two sons.
Ben appeared to be buzzing after sharing a picture of a massive plate of fish and chips in the Cornish sunshine, according to Manchester Evening News.
However, he was much more thrilled to be surrounded by friends and his Aunty Jan at The Mariners, an acclaimed pub on the coast.
Whilst people claimed their "mouths were watering" at the site of the delicious dish, his next post had them feeling a bit...fishy.
The image saw Ben's youngest son Jack jumping from a clifftop into the sea as people watched from below.
The TV star explained: "It's a bit of a rite of passage in our family jumping off the gut at Port Gaverne and this year Jack followed his big brother off the top and nailed it!!
"It might be that his bro was the perfect marker bouy/target that got him over the edge, as you can imagine he was buzzing all day afterwards- as for his mum she wasn’t quite so thrilled."
And his followers felt Annie's nerves.
"Omg that makes me feel sick," commented one.
Another said: "Omg his poor mum I'd be having palpitations."
"My stomach went just seeing this pic! Go Sam and Jack," a third added.
A fourth joked: "Brave of him. Or mad. I could never do that."
But many more were stunned by just how impressive it was.
