Good Morning Britain's Ben Shephard has made a shocking confession about an awkward encounter with his co-presenter Kate Garraway.
The ITV presenter was left so embarrassed by the encounter that he kept it secret for two decades.
He revealed that around 20 years ago, he had gone round to see Kate and happened to catch a glimpse of her walking through her kitchen completely topless.
He told the Mirror : "I sort of froze, panicked... walked away really embarrassed.
"It became a thing in my head... I couldn't tell her."
Ben and Kate have been working together on and off since 2000 when they both worked on GMTV.
Despite the close friendship they've made since, Ben said he couldn't admit to what he saw until recently.
Kate said: "He was sweating buckets... the idea he's seen me naked all this time and I never knew.
"We're like brother and sister. I'm so glad it was before I had kids."
Despite the nightmare scenario, the pair remain as close as ever.
"She's incredibly intelligent, bright and insightful," Ben said of Kate. "I can learn from her and get a bit of reflected glory.
"The co-host thing is a really difficult chemistry to get right. Finding someone who has become a friend that you can work with is special."
Kate added: "The thing about Ben is, everyone is better around him.
"This is why I'm so lucky. He just makes guests look brilliant, the co-presenters look brilliant."
