Ben Shephard started Good Morning Britan with an apology on Friday - before putting the blame on Kate Garraway.
Starting the last edition of the ITV news programme of the week, the hosts quickly admitted 'things were going wrong'.
The show was hit with random technical issues due to an incident in the vision room.
But Ben was soon pointing the finger and blaming his co-star for the blunders.

"Welcome to the programme. We have an issue, Kate Garraway" he said before asking Kate: "Have you been in the gallery?"
"What," she responded before Ben repeated: "Have you been in the gallery?"
"What, because everything’s going wrong?’ Kate asked.
"Someone has spilt something on our mixing desk and one of the buttons keeps getting stuck," Ben revealed. "So every now and again, strange things will appear on the screen."

As he explained what could end up happening throughout today's show, his point was proven when a 'live wipe' popped up suggesting they were about to talk about the energy emergency and another black screen appeared before returning to Ben and Kate.
As Ben tried to continue to blame Kate she said, "For once I think I might not be responsible which is a shock in itself, isn't it?"
"So apologies if random things pop up, there has genuinely been a spillage or something in the gallery and a button's got stuck," Ben reiterated.

The GMB presenting pair then laughed off the error with Charlotte Hawkins saying: "I will go up to the gallery, I will clear up any traces of what may or may not be spilled."
Ben later said: "Charlotte has solved the issue with the vision mixing job - the vanilla late has been cleared up."
A clip of the buttons in the studio then popped up on-screen as Ben teased Kate: "The live button, that's what Kate leant on with her elbow or her knees, but Charlotte has now fixed it.
"Thank you Charlotte!"
