Good Morning Britain presenter Alex Beresford has slammed Piers Morgan over his coverage of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Morgan spent much of Monday morning's show ranting about the couple's bombshell TV appearance hours after it aired in the US.
The host did not hold back as he told viewers he was 'sickened' by the 'two hour trashathon' of the Royal Family.
He also took issue directly with Meghan for portraying the family members as 'white supremacists', as she revealed one of them had made comments about her son's skin colour.
After seeing GMB's coverage, led by a furious Morgan and his co-host Susanna Reid, Alex took to Twitter to vent his dissapointment.
The weatherman and Morgan have clashed previously about their views on the Duke and Duchess with the latest update reigniting the spat.
"I'm sorry but Piers Morgan is way off the mark," Alex fired on social media.
After watching the interview go out, Alex expressed his sympathy with the couple as he shared with his followers: "The alleged worry over the darkness of Archie’s skin, alone would be enough for me to question whether I wanted to be part of a family like that.
"I do know I wouldn’t be able to talk to that individual again," he added.
Both Alex and Piers both agreed that Harry and Meghan should have outed the family member in question.
"You can’t tell half a story," said Alex. "That doesn't mean it didn't happen! Opportunity for the person who said it to step forward, apologise and ‘step back’. The alternative is we look at all of them with a squinted eye."
This morning's exchange isn't the first time Alex and Morgan have clashed about the Royal Family.
On Friday Alex called out his co-star for targeting a pregnant woman.
Piers initially tweeted a picture of Meghan beside Wallis Simpson and scathed: "I think it’s maybe time to ban our Princes from marrying American women."
Alex then snapped back: "You ever stop and think maybe you should give this woman carrying a baby a break?"
