Good Morning Britain has released a heartwarming John Lewis-esque Christmas advert starring mini Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.
The adorable ad - which you can watch above - features two children, Jack and Millie, who play the role of the breakfast show presenters.
Released on YouTube and the ITV website, the festive advert takes inspiration from John Lewis' 2019 Christmas campaign and focuses on friendship and companionship.
In the beginning viewers can see a young Susanna cheering close pal young Piers up and helping him out with his homework.
It then follows the story of the young girl as she becomes upset when she discovers that Piers is relocating to the States with his family after showing her a 'one-way' ticket.
In a bid to be reunited with her best friend, she writes a letter to Santa a few weeks later that reads: "Santa List: Toy soldier and to see my friend Piers x".
After posting her wish list in an 'enchanted' letterbox, she then can be spotted opening a Christmas present labelled "from Santa".
Excited to see what lies inside, she rips the gift open to uncover a festive snowglobe.
She shakes it and is suddenly magically transported across the pond to the feet of her overseas companion.
Overjoyed that her wish has come true, the duo smile and hug before walking off arm in arm.
Back in the ITV studios, the miniature anchors accompanied the two breakfast show hosts during yesterday's episode.
Together they all posed for a group picture that Susanna shared on her social media accounts, captioned: "After our Christmas ad went viral, my mini-me Millie is @gmb this morning.
"The next generation! Mini Piers and Mini Me - stars of our Christmas advert - warming up for taking over. Good luck Jack and Millie!"
It didn't take long before her post was shared by co-host Piers, which said: "The mini-mes.... Jack & Millie are the stars of @GMB's new weepy Christmas ad."
