Good Morning Britain made an embarrassing blunder this morning when they mistook Preston for Liverpool.
The current affairs show is currently rotating between a combination of guest presenters and Thursday's episode was hosted by Charlotte Hawkins and Ranvir Singh.
One of the major stories covered in today's edition was the reports that Greggs have been the latest food chain hit with food shortage issues.

A spokesperson from the bakery confirmed 'they are seeing temporary interruptions in supply for some ingredients' - which is affecting availability of some products in store.
News correspondent Nick Dixon was on location outside of a Greggs' shop to provide further information on how the bakery is experiencing a poultry supply problem.
The current affairs programme was claiming they were reporting outside one of the shops in Liverpool, but an eagle-eyed viewer on Twitter thought they recognised the background from another location in the North West.
Phil Birkenhead said: "GMB reporting chicken shortages at Greggs, the banner says live at Liverpool but I'm sure that's Preston. Can't mistake Brucianni's in the background."
Good Morning Britain returned to Nick Dixon later in the show - and the viewer was proved to be correct as the location banner, on the screen's top left corner, had indeed been updated to Preston.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV and ITVHub.
