Good Boys interview: Child stars discuss making raucous Seth Rogen comedy

Being in the sixth grade means you're allowed to misbehave a little.

The Seth Rogen-produced comedy film Good Boys has been a critical and financial success and sees three sixth-graders as they go on an adventure to attend a party with the cool kids.

Romantic Max (Room star Jacob Tremblay), cocky Thor (Brady Noon), and anxious Lucas (Keith L. Williams) are a tight-knit group of friends, but can their "Beanbag Boys" survive their riotous adventure?

In this interview clip, the stars discuss how they bonded in the run up to filming.

"At the beginning of filming I had a sleepover with all three of us and we just sort of hung out and played games and watched movies and after that we became such good friends," reveals Tremblay.

Williams did add: "What's said on set, stays on set, because most of it's curse words."

Tremblay maintains, however: "I don't swear a lot. I don't swear at all, actually."

The trio also revealed how they would spend a day off from school, their favourite sequences in the movie, and how much like their characters they are.

The film also stars Booksmart star Molly Gordon, Will Forte, and an appearance from British comedian Stephen Merchant.

Good Boys is in UK cinemas now.
