Nottingham Forest and Chris Hughton are "the perfect fit".
That's the verdict of BT Sport commentator and BBC Radio Five Live presenter Darren Fletcher.
Hughton has taken charge at the City Ground, replacing sacked Sabri Lamouchi.
And, speaking on the Garibaldi Red podcast, Fletcher said: "They've gone through a whole list of managers down there, but I think this looks to be as good a fit as probably anybody they have had.
"I can't remember too many people walking in there with the CV he's got, and it's the perfect fit isn't it."
Hughton led both Newcastle United and Brighton to promotion from the Championship and established both clubs in the Premier League.
"If Forest were a mid-table Premier League team he probably wouldn't be as good a fit as he is now," added Fletcher.
"They are a Championship team that wants to get up and stay up, and he's really good at that. So he looks the perfect fit.
"The club wants to get to where he wants to get to, and he wants to get to where the club wants to get to, so let's hope they can do it together."
