Golden Globe nominations 2019 LIVE: Follow as all nominees are announced

Christmas is upon us which can only mean one thing – awards season is imminent.

Nominations for the 76th Golden Globe Awards will be announced this afternoon at a ceremony in Los Angeles – with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA), which runs the event, teasing a “major announcement”.

The first batch will be announced at 1:15pm before the second group of categories will be unveiled live on The Today Show at 1:34pm.

Held on January 6, the ceremony will be hosted by Killing Eve’s Sandra Oh and Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Andy Samberg at The Beverley Hilton, California.
