Greenock-based confectionary manufacturer the Golden Casket Group has appointed a new financial director, following the retirement of long-serving Douglas Pilkington.
Ann McMullan takes on the position with a wealth of consumer goods experience from her time as group financial controller at Browns Food Group.
Managing director Crawford Rae commented: “As a family-run business, it is critical for us to find the right people to join our business.”
The group, established in the 1950s, has a portfolio of sweets such Millions, Rich Butter Toffees, Chocolate Caramels, Chocolate Peppermint Creams, Vimto and Iron Brew Jelly Babies.
Executive search firm MM Search completed the search for the position on behalf of Golden Casket.
