Gold prices dropped 50 baht to 19,300.00 baht per baht-weight in Bangkok on Thursday.
The Gold Traders Association announced the buying price at 19,200.00 baht and the selling price at 19,300.00 baht per baht-weight for bullion.
For ornaments, the buying and selling prices were 18,859.04 baht and 19,800.00 baht per baht-weight respectively.
On Wednesday the buying and selling prices closed at 19,250.00 baht and 19,350.00 baht per baht-weight for gold bars and 18,904.52 baht and 19,850.00 baht per baht-weight for gold ornaments.
The prices were adjusted once on Wednesday, unchanged from the previous day.
