Gold prices dropped 50 baht to 19,050.00 baht per baht-weight in Bangkok on Wednesday.
The Gold Traders Association announced the buying price at 18,950.00 baht and the selling price at 19,050.00 baht per baht-weight for bullion.
For ornaments, the buying and selling prices were 18,616.48 baht and 19,550.00 baht per baht-weight respectively.
On Tuesday the buying and selling prices closed at 19,000.00 baht and 19,100.00 baht per baht-weight for gold bars and 18,661.96 baht and 19,600.00 baht per baht-weight for gold ornaments.
The prices were adjusted twice on Tuesday, down 100 baht from the previous day.
